I'm still a little new to covert incest and I'm trying to work out if it really is the cause of certain problems I have, since my relationship with my mother could have been described as something of the sort.
In particular, I'd like to talk about something that has been bothering me for a lot time. Every time I go cycling or some other kind of sport and it's hot outside I tend to want to take my shirt off (I'm a male by the way) but I keep finding it extremely uncomfortable to do so. Not to mention when around my family. I don't wan't to sound self-centered, but it's not a problem of self-consciousness, since I'm happy to take my shirt off in front of my friends or any other people my age. But I somehow feel really uncomfortable when I think I might be looking attractive to older people, which I believe is a reflection of the feeling of ickiness or awkwardness I feel around my family when I do so. It's as if I thought (even if they didn't say anything) that they might find me attractive, and you can guess how disgusted I am by the feeling.
Does anybody experience something like this? Thank you for your time.
